Based in Tokyo, theWarehouse supports international headquarters and regional teams operating in or entering Japan with practical Supply Chain and Operations consulting, from initial diagnosis to on-site execution.

With over 20 years of experience working in and with Japan, we help HQ teams translate strategic decisions into effective local operations, focusing on pragmatic, executable improvements rather than theoretical recommendations.

Our work typically covers supply chain and operations optimization, logistics and warehouse execution, inventory and flow management, import operations, and ERP or system implementation support — always with a strong focus on what can be realistically executed on the ground in Japan.

We act as a local execution partner, bridging global HQ or APAC strategy with Japanese operational reality, and regularly support recruiting efforts by participating in operations-focused interviews to help assess local capabilities.

Operating fluently in Japanese, English, and French, we ensure clear, efficient communication and alignment across global, regional, and local stakeholders.

With 20+ years of hands-on experience across Supply Chain and Operations, he supports leadership teams in turning complex strategies into clear, executable decisions, while enabling teams on the ground to deliver results in complex environments.
